At Katy Kern Restorative Massage, I specialize in helping to alleviate the physical symptoms specifically related to anxiety disorders (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, Social Anxiety, etc…) Approximately 1/3 of our population suffers from anxiety according to the National Institute of Mental Health. Anxiety has become the number one mental health issue in North America. As someone who has recovered from anxiety, I know it is treatable and have dedicated my life to helping others overcome their issues with anxiety.

50/50 Thai Massage & Massage Therapy. A 50/50 combines the passive stretching techniques of Thai Yoga Massage with relaxation abilities of Massage Therapy all in one session. 

Couples Massage Lesson - Learn techniques on how to massage your partner to help them relax or to help ease any discomfort they may be experiencing. Lessons can focus on Foot massages, Hands and Forearms, and Neck/Shoulder/Back.
