Self-Care is an important part of a health and wellness routine. However, many feel they don’t have time for self-care or have the knowledge about what to do. Well, I am here to help.

The definition of self-care: The practice of taking action to preserve or improve one's own health. or The practice of taking an active role in protecting one's own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress.

I specialize in relaxation techniques and exercises that focus on reducing stress levels in the mind and body. Self-care sessions range from yoga lessons to breath-work to self-massage techniques and many more all customized to meet you and your needs. Let me guide you in learning these valuable tools that you can use anywhere and at anytime.
