The Re-tune Program - Helping musicians and performers who suffer from anxiety and anxiety disorders. At Katy Kern Restorative Massage, I use a variety of massage therapy modalities including CranioSacral Therapy to help you relax, rejuvenate and restore your mind and body. Each therapeutic massage session is focused on a holistic approach to healing and is customized to meet your needs.
In addition to massage therapy, I am also a relaxation specialist and can guide you through workshops, yoga and self-care lessons so you can use these simple techniques at home or work to help you balance out the stress in your life. Lessons also available via live streaming so no matter where you live, I can help.
