Relax into restful shapes using a variety of props and enjoy gentle touch while in each shape to help deepen relaxation and promote healing and stress relief.
75-minutes of pure bliss to help melt away stress and tension and invite peace and relaxation to help promote healing.
No yoga experience is required. All other props will be provided.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows stretch and gentle movements to get into the relaxing shapes.
